I also founded Lessthan3, a cloud and DevOps engineering company helping organizations build secure, scalable platforms — from architecture design to continuous operations.

Building platforms engineers actually want to use. The best infrastructure is the kind nobody complains about. I obsess over developer experience — fast CI, clean abstractions, self-service tooling — because that's where productivity compounds.
Reliability as a culture, not a checklist. SLOs, incident reviews, and on-call rotations only work when the team genuinely believes in them. I spend as much time on the human side of reliability as the technical side.
Andorra. Small country, mountains, three official languages, no income tax, and surprisingly good internet. I moved here years ago and never left.
